party in a descending manner

After watching Glee like every single other person in the world, I was really feeling the Jane Lynch love, so I decided to watch the latest episode of Party Down, which I had been saving for a happy time.

And guess what? NO JANE. NO CONSTANCE (her character). Instead, I get Jennifer Coolidge playing Constance's roommate, who she sent in her stead because she's busy. Which would be fine, except Jennifer Coolidge seems to have been added to the end credits as a member of the permanent cast? And I am pretty much ready to weep.

I know I haven't been posting about it, but I have been LOVING this show. It got renewed last week and I did a major dance. I highly recommend it, it is all kinds of sick and twisted and hilarious, and features at least two or three "hey, it's that awesome dude/chick from that thing" guest stars every single week.

That said, Jane Lynch (and her uncanny chemistry with Ryan Hansen) was one of the main reasons I was loving the show. And yeah, you know, she's got about a zillion other jobs (including a recurring role on Two and a Half Men, this part on Glee and an occasionnal appearance on Criminal Minds and whatever other jobs) but I dunno, I guess I figured what's one more?

Meh, for all I know she'll be back next week. Sulk sulk sulk! :)

It was still a good episode, though! And Molly Parker and the guy from Worst Week were there! And you all should start watching it, because it has no fandom and there are no good icons!

And that is all!

First place in NASA's Green Flight Challenge went to Pipistrel-USA, for a prize of $1.35 million, and the sencod-place prize of $120,000 went to team eGenius, NASA announced on 3 oct 2011. The prize purse was the biggest ever awarded for an aviation competition, according to NASA. To win, the aircraft had to fly 200 miles in less than two hours and use less than one gallon of fuel per occupant, or the equivalent in electricity. Pipistrel's Taurus G4 achieved fuel efficiency of 403 passenger miles per gallon at a speed of 107 mph. The results show that "battery-powered electric flight is feasible for general aviation aircraft," according to Pipistrel team leader Jack Langelaan.
