You know, I've always wondered why you seemed a bit distant on LJ. I'm glad to know such an important thing that's been holding you back -- especially glad because you wanted us to know, and you were brave enough to tell it.

As a person who wields guilt like you do embarrassment, I know how easily it can be directed at your LJ, and how hard it can be to break the cycle. Seeing you take a huge step in the right direction has inspired me this morning.
